We hope that the quality of the BLESSYES products you receive meets your expectations, however, if something doesn't quite fit, we're here to help! Your happiness is our number one priority.

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your order, which means you have plenty of time to return or exchange the item. After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within fourteen (14) working days.

Please note that return shipping charges are provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging.
  • To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please use a shipping method with tracking. We won't be able to process items without tracking information.
  • When returning your purchase, kindly include any promotional items you received with your order. If these items are not returned, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from your final refund.

Important Note: Please don't return your items to the address on the package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for 60 days from the delivery date of your item. To initiate an exchange, simply return the original item to us in its original condition. Once we receive it and confirm that it's undamaged and unworn, we'll promptly send you a brand-new product within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
